Baked Cod

  • 800 gr Cod fillets, defrosted if frozen.
  • 4 Tbsn crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic omit to make it LowFODMAPS
  • 2 Tbsn chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsn olive oil
  • 30 ml Water
  • Salt And Pepper to taste


  • Place fish fillets in an oven proof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the garlic on top.
  • Spread the tomato paste and chopped parsley. Dizzle olive oil and add water. Bake at 180C for 20 min.
