Cod fillets, defrosted if frozen.

crushed tomatoes

garlic

Salt And Pepper to taste
Instructions
Place fish fillets in an oven proof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the garlic on top.
Spread the tomato paste and chopped parsley. Dizzle olive oil and add water. Bake at 180C for 20 min.
