Rocket Salad

  • 100 gr rocket washed and drained
  • 50 gr pomegranate arils
  • 30 ml olive olive
  • 30 ml balsamic glaze
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Lay the rocket leaves in a bowl. Sprinkle the pomegranate arils. Add olive oil, balsamic glaze and salt & pepper.


You can use this salad as a base and add whatever vegetables you have in your crisp drawer. You can also add toppings such as nuts and seeds, croutons or cheese.
