Homemade salsa

This 3-ingredient homemade salsa is going to become a summer fridge staple. Try it with tacos, bowl meals or as a dip.

  • 2 medium tomatoes I used one medium and a handful of yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 small red onion you can use a bigger one if you like
  • 2 Tbsn Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor. This is the one I use. Similar one here.
  • Pulse a few times until all of your ingredients reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
