A favorite for most kids this porridge is an easy and filling meal. Find it in Greek specialty shops and ask for the "sour" kind.
Servings: 4 servings
- 20 gr sour trahana pasta
- 500 ml water
- 50 gr feta cheese
- 30 ml olive oil
Boil water and add trahana pasta stirring constantly. This will prevent it from forming big lumps.
Add Olive oil and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer for approximately 10 min. and turn of the stove. Let it rest for another 10 min on the stove with the lid half open.
