Hello, It’s been a second!

But, the Weekly Menu are back! I kind of missed them.

So, if and when you find yourself in a cooking rut you can come over and find your mojo back. Because cooking should be streamlined and enjoyed.

So here are some of our meals this week.

Note. If you are a subscriber to my menu plans you might be wondering why we don’t always follow the plan. Well, there are many reasons for that, two of the main being recipe testing and food intolerance. 

I don’t remember if I shared this before but I suffer from extreme food intolerance’s from time to time. During these periods of time my diet is very limited and I also experience abdomen pains. During this stage I try to follow the plan as much as I can by doubling dinners that I can eat or substitute ingredients for those that my tummy can tolerate best. Also, sometimes I can’t even cook so we eat from the freezer. 

So here are our dinners this last week

Pea and Potato Stew

Dinner Rolls 

Snack: Cantaloupe

 

Wednesday

Roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots 

Greek Salad

Snack: Bananas

 

Thursday

Roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots 

Greek Salad

Snack: Peaches and Crackers

 

Friday

IP Fish, carrots and quinoa

Cucumber Salad

Snack: Peaches and Crackers

 

Saturday

IP Fish, carrots and quinoa

Cucumber Salad

Desert: Chocolate Cake (Baby’s Birthday)

 

Sunday

ΙP Chicken Risotto

Bread and Feta

Desert: Chocolate Cake (Leftovers)
