Hello friends. Time for Weekly Menu – Including SNACKS post. I am always amazed at the speed a week goes by!
This week I didn’t follow my meal plan and I think that it is more than obvious. Obviously, I had every intention but life really got in the way.
What started off as a great week with a 4-day long weekend ended with me injured and sidelined. So the leftovers saved us.
If you follow me on Instagram you already know that on Friday I tripped and fell on the road while holding my one-year-old in my arms. It was scary. Happily, she didn’t touch the ground and didn’t get a scratch. I on the other hand twisted my right ankle. Which meant no walking for two days. That was not fun. I am very lucky that two passengers come to our aid and that I had my husband to care for the kids while I was on the mend. I still haven’t gained full mobility but things are looking good.
With that being said, here is our weekly menu including SNACKS this last week:

Greek Yogurt and Pitas
Snack: Peaches and Crackers
Saturday
Pulled Pork Burgers
Cucumber Salad
Desert: Muffins
Sunday
Fava and Pulled Pork
