And here is Weekly Meals Vol.2. I know a lot of you are looking for dinner inspiration so I thought it would be fun to share our dinners with you.
This week went by SO quickly. I can hardly believe that it is time to write another weekly menu. I guess having a baby makes time fly!
The last few days have been kind of hectic, but I am happy to report that I did manage to stay on top of my cooking. Shopping once for the whole week really helped too.
Planning for snacks has also made a difference, since our meals are not very consistent these days. Having healthy foods that you can eat or serve one-handed helped reduce the number of daily meltdowns around the house.
All in all it was a good week. There are still improvements to be made but that is to be expected when you add a member in your family. And for this change we are thankful.
