Weekly Meals Vol.2




This week went by SO quickly. I can hardly believe that it is time to write another weekly menu. I guess having a baby makes time fly!

The last few days have been kind of hectic, but I am happy to report that I did manage to stay on top of my cooking. Shopping once for the whole week really helped too. 

Planning for snacks has also made a difference, since our meals are not very consistent these days. Having healthy foods that you can eat or serve one handed helped reduce the number of daily meltdowns around the house.

All in all it was a good week. There are still improvements to be made but that is to be expected when you add a member in your family. And for this change we are thankful.

Desert: Coffee and Chocolate cake
