Newsletter

With your subscription to our newsletter, you allow us to save your name and your email address to our newsletter provider, Active Campaign. We use two-item authentication, so that when you submit your email, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Only by accepting this email will you subscribe to our newsletter.
The newsletters we send, anent mainly to our news.
You can update your personal information or unsubscribe at any time, by following the links of the newsletters you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us, in order to update or delete your email.

Only OliveTreeMeals can access your data. For further information regarding Active Campaign, you can go back over the privacy policy.
If you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will no longer receive any emails from us.

Contact Form

By submitting and filling in the contact form that you will find on our website, you provide us with the information we need, in order for us to contact with you according your request. This data, is not stored in our database or on our server. We do not share this information with others. We use this information for future marketing purposes, unless we are explicitly asked not to, so we protect them for as long as we communicate and then we delete them.
We do not share personal data of your identity publicly or to third parties, unless the law imposes it.

Security logs

If anyone tries to access our site’s management area without permission, we keep their IP address in the logs. This indicates inappropriate use and malicious attempt and therefore we have the right to maintain such logs and edit them.

We do not maintain personal data on our website. Contact forms are sent by email and all data that is assigned is deleted. The subscription data in the newsletter is hosted by Active Campaign, a process discussed above.

Our newsletter services are hosted by Active Campaign, based in Illinois, USA and is compatible with GDPR.
Any information is sent via SSL/HTTPS in order to ensure security.

Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and email alert in case of suspicious activity detection.
