Every Wednesday we send you your meal plan straight to your inbox. Each plan includes a weekly menu, a corresponding shopping list and recipes for 6 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, snack and entertaining ideas.

Proceed to Checkout & Complete your subscription
Just fill in the form and choose your preferred payment method. All subscriptions are prepaid.
Check your email
As soon as you sign up we will send you a welcome email that includes the current meal plan. In order to avoid our emails ending up in the spam folder please ensure adding us to your whitelist.
Print or Save your plan
Our plans are designed to be used both digitally and on paper. Print the weekly plan to post it on your fridge and use your smartphone or tablet to reference the recipes.
Go shopping
Our complete list will have you in and out of the store in record time. They include everything you will need to cook all meals included on your weekly plan and we have left some extra space to fill in other necessities.
Meal Prep or Store you groceries
Although meal prepping is optional, we highly recommend it. We have even split it in two so you won’t have to spent too much time on preparation.
