And no, I don't believe that the nutritional value of the food changes substantially.
Also, good quality home cooked meals in a pressure cooker are much better for you than any take out or frozen meal.
Do you have a pressure cooker?
How are you getting along?
Do you want to eat more veggies? The easiest way i Do you want to eat more veggies? The easiest way is to add a side salad to your meals.
You can even prep your veggies so they are ready whenever you are!
You can wash, dry and cut them twice a week and either store them separately or assemble them as a salad.
I prefer to store them separately in glass containers for two reasons:
1. If I can see what I have I will use it.
2. I can use them in my cooking too.

What about you?

Being prepared feels good but sometimes I feel the need to slow down.

Leftovers done right! In our house we LOVE left Leftovers done right!
In our house we LOVE leftovers. Sometimes you can find us fighting over them. Others I portion out and freeze for later use.
I have found that freezing them in small portions is best because:
a) You can use the right amount of food, resulting in less waste.
b) it thaws significantly quicker.
c) everyone can choose something different to eat on "leftovers day"

Your turn now. What would you add to my list?
