A week of meals and snacks

Hello, friends. How was your week? I must admit that I had a really productive one.

I usually find myself running around like a busy bee with work and chasing after my kids. This week though has been different. I stuck to my weekly schedule and resisted any urge to do “one more thing” or change my to do lists. The results really show! I feel so much more relaxed, in control and way WAY less tired. One more proof that one must work smarter not harder.

Cooking-wise, I found myself in the kitchen a lot less. On Sunday I meal prepped for the next three days and it really paid off for the rest of the week. Compaired with weeks past I spent less time cooking, cleaning and doing the dishes. Does it get any better?

Weather-wise, we mostly got sunny hot days. It was a nice change from the overcast week we had before. We found ourselves being outdoors almost every afternoon. My little one was overjoyed! We all had a good time and couldn’t stop smiling.

How about you? How was your week ? I would love it if you share in the comments.

Moving on! If you are looking for cooking inspiration here is what we had for dinner this past week.
